If you are a new client or new to scheduling on line with us, please read the following information so we can be sure to accommodate your needs:

After several requests, we decided to open our online scheduling to everyone, including new clients. In order to keep this feature open, it’s imperative that clients are comfortable scheduling themselves and follow the instructions below. Unfortunately, if mis-schedules happen (ie-you schedule yourself for the lip when you really needed your lower legs treated) and time doesn’t permit, we may have to ask you to reschedule for another day. If you have questions about scheduling on line or prefer to do so by phone, please call us at: 540.720.8881.

RECEIVING LASER HAIR REMOVAL OR LASER SKIN CARE TREATMENTS? PLEASE READ:
If you are a laser hair removal or laser skin care client, please make sure you are aware of the following:

  • Shave the area being treated down to the skin the night before or the morning of your appointment.
  • Please discontinue all waxing, plucking, tweezing and bleaching on the areas receiving laser, 2-3 weeks before your first treatment.
  • Discontinue excessive UV exposure, tanning and tanning beds and tanning creams on the areas receiving laser, 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
  • If you are on a photosensitizing medication, please check with your doctor to make sure you can receive laser treatments while taking them. If it is a short term medication such as an antibiotic, you need to be off of them for at least 1 week prior to treatment.
Please note: If any of the treatment preparations above haven’t been followed, Rejuvalase may ask you to reschedule for another date. These guidelines are in place for safety and efficacy.

Scheduling Guidelines:
  • Please capitalize your first and last name when setting your client profile
  • Please provide us with your email address as this is the only way we will be able to remind you of upcoming appointments.
  • Please book individual appointments for each area/service you are having. For instance, if you are having a massage and getting your teeth whitened on the same day, you will need to book two separate appointment times for these. If this is difficult or you are having trouble scheduling them, please call us at: 540.720.8881.
  • Likewise, if you are having laser hair removal on the underarms and laser hair removal on the chin, you need to book these appointments as two separate treatments back to back. We run into problems if we haven’t set aside enough treatment time for our guests.
  • While we are able to read messages sent to us through Schedulicity, we ask that you refrain from using this to modify your appointment.
  • If you go on line to move or change an appointment, don’t forget to cancel your original.
  • Remember that we require a 24 hour cancellation notice for all appointments.
