Giveaway Terms & Conditions

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

This promotion is open to legal residents of the Fredericksburg, Virginia region who are 25 years of age or older at the time of entry. The giveaway begins on April 1, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026.

 

How to Enter

Participants may enter in one of the following ways:

• Purchase Entry: Receive one (1) entry for every $2,000 spent in a single transaction at Rejuvalase Medspa during the promotional period.

• Free Entry Method: To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit one (1) entry by completing the official entry form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfATjx78zfgSL7cGKr1Is8DQzg1HhbIeI_1Z8q47EzubXEkcw/viewform during the promotional period. Limit one (1) free entry per person.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1,500 cruise credit to be applied toward a cruise booking arranged exclusively through ExplorABLE Travels.

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may only be used toward eligible cruise fare, including deposit, final payment, cabin fare, and applicable taxes and fees if permitted by the cruise supplier.

The prize may not be used toward airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, travel insurance, excursions, gratuities, onboard purchases, drink packages, specialty dining, or any non-cruise-related expenses. Any additional costs exceeding $1,500 are the sole responsibility of the winner.

If the total cost of the selected cruise is less than $1,500, any remaining balance will be forfeited and will not be issued as cash or credit.

All cruise bookings are subject to availability, blackout dates, supplier capacity, and pricing at the time of booking. Specific sailings, dates, cruise lines, or accommodations are not guaranteed.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on or about July 2, 2026.

The winner will be notified via phone, text, and email, and will also be announced via social media and email newsletter. The winner must claim the prize by July 6, 2026. Failure to claim the prize within this timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Redemption

The prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of notification, and travel must begin within fifteen (15) months. Failure to redeem within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

The winner must complete all required booking documentation and agree to the terms, conditions, and policies of ExplorABLE Travels and any applicable travel suppliers prior to finalizing travel.

Additional Terms

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow necessary personal information (including name, phone number, and email) to be shared with ExplorABLE Travels for the purpose of booking and fulfilling the prize.

Rejuvalase Medspa is the sponsor and administrator of this promotion and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time for any reason. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Travel Disclaimer & Liability

Rejuvalase Medspa is not responsible for travel-related issues, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, damages, or any actions of third-party travel suppliers. Once the winner engages with ExplorABLE Travels, all travel arrangements and related responsibilities fall under the policies and terms of the travel provider.

Taxes

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt and use of the prize.
